Artisanal and Small-scale Mining Workshop (10 Nov. 2016)
Artisanal and Small-scale Mining (ASM) in South Africa remains a contentious issue which is not well understood.
It is therefore important to interrogate the broader landscape of ASM, its challenges and opportunities, and to identify key areas for interventions.
This workshop aims to bring together key stakeholders and provide an open platform for engagements and discussions, to effectively shape the ASM research agenda in South Africa.
