Jo Hunter-Adams
Jo Hunter-Adams is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Health Economics Unit, School of Public Health and Family Medicine, University of Cape Town. Jo is a qualitative public health researcher with an interest in the intersections between migration, food and health.
About: Jo has a PhD in Public Health from the University of Cape Town, an MA from Wits University, and an MPH from Boston University. She also worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Heath in supporting refugee resettlement in the state. Jo has a particular interest in the lived experience of changing diets in the context of migration.
